Bet and Win is seeking to take over Ongame.

If the deal is successful, owners of Ongame stand to enjoy a nice fortune.
Founded and established around six years ago by Swedish entrepreneurs, Oskar Hornell and claes Lidell, the online poker and casino software company has enjoyed much success.
With just over a fifty percent stake in Ongame, Hornell, his father and two brothers are in line to make in excess of Euro 251 million.
According to conditions of the deal, sixty percent of the above amount, or Euro 151 million, will be paid in cash.
Lidell on the other hand, who owns a twenty eight percent stake in the company, will receive Euro 132 million.
Of this amount Euro 79 million will be paid to him in cash.
Several other individuals including former chairman and staff and former staff own the remain shares.
Initially, Ongame intended to float the company on the London Stock Exchange at some point this year.
If the deal falls through they will return to this course.
