Marketing chief at 32 Red, Matt Booth, has awarded the task of revamping and rebranding the sportsbook to the UK agency, Pepper, following a three way pitch for the business.
“Together we will focus on creating a distinctive brand that builds a long-lasting relationship with both existing and new customers,” Booth commented.
Pepper has been asked to develop a new identity for the sports-betting operation and to create a communications strategy aimed at raising awareness of the site, with reactivation and customer relations management included in the creative platform. The lift off date will be “sometime in 2007”.
