Radion listeners can now get excited by the World Series Poker tournament

Publishers of Bluff Magazine, Bluff Media have been given the thumbs up by Harrahs Entertainment to produce live radio broadcasts for the upcoming World Series of Poker tournament. The agreement between the two is currently non-binding and still subject to documentation.

Bluff Poker Radio’s live World Series of Poker broadcasts, will be heard exclusively on Sirius Satellite Radio Channel 125. the broadcasts will total a minimum of ten hours each day. There will be a total of forty three days beginning June 29. this will continue on through to the final table of the $10 000 buy-in No-Limit Hold ’Em World Championship. This is mostly called the Main Event.

Pollack, Commissioner of the World Series of Poker is calling the deal another first for poker. He adds that fans are now able to experience all the thrills and spills and action of the tournament via Sirius Satellite Radio. The broadcasts will be accompanied by expert perspective and behind-the-scenes access from Bluff Poker Radio.

Sirius Satellite Radio representatives have expressed their excitement at the opportunity to be working with Harrah's Entertainment for the complete radio coverage of World Series of Poker tournament.

Eddy Kleid, Bluff Media's co-president, added that the tournament is the most prestigious gaming event of the year, offering the largest pursue in all sports. According to Kleid, the ground-breaking coverage will now bring the excitement to listeners as well.

former Monday Night Football radio play-by-play announcer and broadcast veteran, Howard David, current Bluff Poker Radio host and Fox World Analyst Nick Geber, and respected poker journalist John Vorhaus will make up the team of commentators covering the events. Gordon, former host of Celebrity Poker Showdown has also been rumored to sign on into the deal providing the commentary for the Main Event final table.

the broadcasts are expected to include table and tournament analysis, tournament updates, interviews with the top poker players, listener interaction and live play-by-play action from the majority of the 45 WSOP final tables.
