Playtech chairman to be non exec director at Games Media

Roger Withers will become Games Media’s new Non executive director. Currently wither is acting as chairman of Playtech Plc, he is also the non executive director at  Fire One, a payment processing provider.
Roy Howell commented that he is delighted to see Roger joining the team at Games Media. Withers primary role will be to expand the company’s international presence.
The last year has witnessed the company invest much money on its resources and sales. According to Roy, the company’s recent switch to digital games and entertainment is also gathering momentum as will their drive for export revenue streams.

Wither complimented the company on its vibrancy and forward thinking. He added his pleasure at joining them, even at this later stage of its development.
Games Media is the umbrella organization for a group of companies. These companies include Games Multi Media, Global Games, Channel 1 Games and Voodoo Games. Each company is specialized in its own area of design, development and publication of play to play gaming and entertainment.

Roy Howell and Andrew Ludlow founded the company in April 2003.
