Waterlogic is Cryptologic's gambling software element. The company recently confirmed that the UK based The Ritz Club – will be ceasing its licensing of the online casino's software later this year.
However, according to the parent group, the move will have a minimum impact, since it counts for less than two percent of the company's revenues.
Nevertheless, the week did have some good news. Waterlogic was happy to say they extended their exclusive licensing agreement with the Overseas Internet Gaming Entertainment. This company is a major revenue earner for casino gaming sites such as Intercasino and Interpoker. Additionally, their royalty agreement remains intact until 2012.
