Christian Hellmers, director of business development for Betfair publicly commented that his company could make and provide over $ 50 million should it be permitted to operate in the US. Its main income would be from shared revenues from race tracks and horsemen
According to Hellmers, the yearly wagering market of $134 million could be greatly increased with a gross revenue exceeding $30 million within the year and $ 50 million within two years.
