AOL subscribers can look forward to plenty of skill game action, tournaments and attractive prizes, thanks to the recent renewal of the giant's business arrangement with FunTech subsidiary WorldWinner.com.
The agreement ensures that World Winner develops a customized, co-branded site on AOL Games.com allowing subscribers to the network to virtually meet and compete with large numbers of like-minded users through the WorldWinner network.
The networks attract more than five million unique visitors a month from 19 countries.
Such titles such as Scrabble, Cubes, Solitaire, Bejeweled 2 and Luxor are the games that will be on offer, in addition to a selection of casual games from Teagames.com, FUN's free, Flash-based casual games site. These will include TG Motocross 2, Alpine Freestyle and Pitch'n' Putt Golf.
Lorne Abony, CEO of FUN Technologies said, " We look forward to continuing to offer exciting, fast-paced, skill-based cash and other prize competitions to new and existing AOL users around the world. We are proud to extend our partnership with AOL - a leading consumer brand and innovator of online services. Our relationship further strengthens FUN's position as one of the leaders in the casual games industry, introducing millions of new players to WorldWinner's popular tournament games."
Director of Casual Games at AOL Games, Greg Mills, said: “Partnering with WorldWinner is yet another step in the direction of offering superior casual games content with an unmatched player network. AOL is committed to enhancing the customer experience by expanding service offerings to continue building a robust online community."
