Elliot joins Microgaming after four years with the Isle of Man based e-wallet NETeller, where he helped build the company from a staff of 75 to over 800.
Prior to NETeller, Elliott worked for GE Capital in sales and marketing. He also brings with him extensive PR and advertising experience together with a background in the technology venture capital business.
Microgaming, also based in the Isle of Man, is a veteran turnkey provider and online gambling software developer. They announced the new appointment this week. Elliott takes over his responsibilities immediately. Elliott arrives during a period of sustained growth for Microgaming and at a time when it is increasing the tempo of its drive into new markets - both in Europe and Asia.
In the last twelve months, Microgaming has added almost 20 new poker and casino sites to its stable of licensees and made good on a promise to provide operators with the most aggressive games roll-out schedule in the industry.
Microgaming CEO, Roger Raatgever, says, “We are delighted to welcome Bruce on board at an extremely exciting time in our industry. The business has expanded significantly over the past year and Bruce’s experience will prove invaluable in driving this success forward across a wide range of new markets.”
In response, the new addition to Microgaming's management team says: “Having known many of the Microgaming team from my time working on the Isle of Man, it is great to be part of what is undoubtedly one of the powerhouses of the gaming industry. Everyone can see that the company has been experiencing a significant level of growth in recent years and I look forward to contributing to that trend as part of their team.”
