SportingBet CEO has publicly and adamantly denied plans to leave the giant gambling company. Published and reported by Reuters, Nigel Payne announced that he had no intention on leaving, despite the rumors. Following the circulation of rumors saying he was planning to take up the position the position of Chief Executive at the rival company, PartyGaming, SportingBet shares took a dive. Nevertheless, Payne had no problems professing his commitment to his position at Sportingbet and that he will not be leaving it in the near future. Payne's track record at Sportingbet, Britain's second largest online gaming company, would make him an obvious choice as a replacement for the outgoing executive at PartyGaming, Richard Segal. Segal recently announced his intentions to leave his position. His reasons were connected to family and his refusal to relocate to Gibraltar. In a conversation with Reuters, Payne professed his commitment to the company, Sportingbet and insisted he has no plans to transfer elsewhere.
