National Problem Gambling Awareness Week fuels online gambling company to publicly announce its commitment to addressing the issues of problem and underage gambling.

The group includes online casino, sportbetting and poker with a variety of technological forums.
Bet On Sports purposely issued their statement to coincide with the National Awareness week.
In their statement, Bet On Sports outline the various technological platforms they utilize to ensure customer protection and the detection of problem gamblers and those who are underage.
Furthermore, they use the most up-to-date security and fraud protection software.
This software allows the company to monitor lost and/or stolen credit card numbers and histories of high charge-backs.
They have intentionally trained their staff to be equipped to evaluate and asses each client's needs and activity.
They have been specifically trained to detect and respond to unusual playing and payment patterns that often signal underage or problem gambling.
Once a staff member has been alerted to a customer's behavior, call-center staff will personally call the customer.
Personalized calls allow the staff member to examine and respond to dubious behavior. This helps protect against underage gambling as well as provide assistance to those with problems.
If further action is needed, the call-center personal retain the ability to shut down customer accounts or inactivate them for some time as a cooling off period.
