A new acquisition has just occurred. Tony Friedman's Windows Online Casino Group was recently acquired by the Real Time Gaming of King Solomons Online Casino Group. Tony Friedman's Group portfolio includes Windows Casino , Gold Key, Portofino and Magic Oasis Online Casino.
King Solomons Online Casino Group includes King Solomons Online Casino, Geisha Lounge Online Casino, Grand Aces Online Casino and affiliates.
As of yet, no details of payments have emerged. Nonetheless, major action will be needed to repair the reputation of these groups. Already the playing community regards them suspiciously and some groups have already labeled their status as 'rogue' on several watchdog sites.
One of their primary and latest acts of corruption was the display of the eCogra seal by Magic Gold Casino, even though the casino hadn’t even applied for inspections by the company.
Additionally, the company has been rumored to outsource the Online Players Association OPA, to payout percentages certification. Unfortunately, this association doesn’t enjoy widespread recognition.
