Online Casino industry observers were guessing what all the fuss was over the future plans of Costa Rican online casino, Arctic Star. The excitement was spurred on by cryptic information surrounding the company. In the end, to dull the potential rumors, Arctic Star announced new deals with several Swedish companies. Firstly, they declared that Artic Star would be powered by DQE AB and 3D Internet Games AB. However, equal mystery, fuelled by lack of information, surrounds these companies. It is known that DQE AB is a the subsidiary of Duquesne Light Company. Duquesne is an American electric light utilities company. It is considered a world leader in the transmission and distribution of electric energy. Additionally, they have a reputed customer service and reliability name. This company has a customer base of over half-a-million people in southwestern Pennsylvania.
DQE, although a new entrant into the online gaming software industry, has already managed to secure the supply of 3-D Poker and Blackjack software to Vegas007.com – another online poker site. Furthermore, they recently signed the new deal with Arctic Star. While this Costa Rican company has not yet appeared on the internet, their short-term future plans are to do just that. Arctic Star's managing director, William Forsman cited recently on his company's optimism in their decision to work with the young company. Thanks to their channels , the poker site will have much access to active poker player, especially those from northern Sweden. Forsman believes 3-D will become a standard feature of online poker sites in the next few years.
