Here’s good news for the Bodog poker regulars: You will have a larger incentive to play in the Sunday online poker tournament prior to the Super Bowl on January 28. “We are doubling our usual $100,000 guaranteed prizepool and will provide gamblers with a minimum pool of $200,000.”
The best news is that the buy-ins remain the same at $109 giving players a chance of winning the main prize of $45,000.
Further good news for the regulars is that there are three more opportunities to use accrued poker points at a special rate for this tournament. The $200K Special PTS Qualifier will pay out credits to be used for buying into any scheduled Bodog.com event. The credits can give players access to the January 28 $200,000 tournament, as well as the site's regularly scheduled $30,000, $50,000 and $70,000 events.
To compete in the $200K Special PTS Qualifier, which start at 7 p.m. (EST) on January 25-27, regular players need 400 poker points.
